1) Shipping Policy
Based on the availability of stock, products will be dispatched within 5 working days of the receipt of your order. In case one or more of the ordered items are out of stock, an email informing you of the same will be sent to you within 5 working days of order placement.
We deliver all across India and do not ship to any other countries.
One order can only be placed against one address. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for every address.
We only ship via trusted shipping partners that have been providing us their reliable services over a period of time. Please provide your full address including your pin code and landmarks for the purpose of timely delivery of your order.
Orders with delivery address in metropolitan cities would be delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders to pin codes outside the metropolitan cities would be delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch. However in some cases due to an unlikely event or unforeseen issues, there may be delay in the delivery of your order. We will endeavor to provide you latest and timely updates regarding your delivery in such cases.
If our trusted shipping partners do not deliver to your pin code or remote locations, we will contact you regarding the same. In cases when we are unable to deliver the ordered item to your address, we will refund the full amount back to your bank account.
In case the package received by you is damaged or not in good condition or the packaging is tampered, please do not take delivery and inform us via email along with your order details. You can also call us on +91 11 26219564-65 (Mon-Sat: 10am-6pm IST). We will try to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

6) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product or an incorrect item has been delivered, we do not take return requests.
In the case of any defects or wrong item received, please let us know at the earliest and latest within 7 days of receipt of products. The item should be unused and present in its original packaging, and returned to us with the original sales invoice. If found used or damaged upon examination, we reserve the right to reject such return requests.
A refund, if desired by the customer, will be issued in case an incorrect product has been delivered after receipt and examination of the product by us. The refund will be credited back to the customer’s bank account or debit/credit card from which the payment was made after our checks on the product are completed and conditions of return are satisfactorily met. Refunds may take 8-10 business days to be processed.
Some products such as lenses that are made of glass with laser coatings are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
Cancellations by National Industrial Company
Due to unavailability of stock, limit on permissible order quantity or due to an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel your order as per our discretion. In such cases, the full amount paid by you will be credited back to your bank account. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in such cases.
7) Ownership of content/ Copyrights
National Industrial Company owns the copyrights of information present on this website and prohibits anyone from its misuse.
8) Accuracy of website content
We make persistent and meticulous efforts to ensure that the information such as product images, prices, and applicable tax provided on our website are up-to-date and correct. However it is possible that the product packaging or colour may vary upon receipt of product by you. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused due to services provided on our website. Any changes in applicable tax or product price will be updated to the website without any prior notice.
9) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In case of disputes between the purchaser and National Industrial Company, both parties shall make every effort to resolve the same amicably by mutual consultations. Any unresolved disputes in interpretation or otherwise shall be resolved by an independent arbitrator appointed by National Industrial Company and their decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration would take place in Delhi. The laws of India will be applicable and the exclusive jurisdiction in proceedings arising out of this agreement will lie with the Courts of Delhi.
10) Limitations of Liability:
National Industrial Company will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:
To the extent that the website is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss;
For any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
For any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, or loss or corruption of information or data.
In no event shall National Industrial Company be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever related with the services, content and the products. National Industrial Company is not responsible for the use or inability to use our services or access the content.
